British Cycling have come up with an idea to encourage you to dig your bike out of the shed and get riding! It is ideal for the complete cycling novice who is looking to start cycling for health, fitness, recreation, commuting or perhaps to tackle a challenge or charity ride.
Willingham Wheels (willinghamwheels.com) will be starting the 8-week training plan on Tuesday 10th April. Rides will usually be on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays and time commitment ranges from a minimum of 1 hour 30 minutes to a maximum of 6 hours 30 minutes per week. Under 16’s are welcome but they must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
